REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by the Company (including but not limited to book publishing, editing, formatting, design, marketing, audiobook production, and consultation) are digital, customized, and non-tangible in nature.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Work begins with allocation of internal resources
  • Services are tailored specifically to your requirements
  • Such services are not resalable or reversible

2. No Refund After Work Commencement

Once a project has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind
  • Project abandonment
  • Client delay or lack of communication
  • Decision to discontinue the service

3. Limited Refund (Before Work Starts Only)

Refunds may only be considered before any work has commenced, subject to:

  • A written request within 24 hours of payment
  • A deduction of administrative and processing fees (minimum 20%–30%)

Once work has started, this clause becomes void.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely communication and feedback
  • Submit required materials and approvals promptly

Failure to do so does not qualify for refunds and may impact timelines and delivery.

5. Revisions Policy (In Place of Refunds)

If you are not satisfied with the deliverables:

  • The Company will provide reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope
  • Revisions are the sole remedy, not refunds

6. Service Fulfillment & Acceptance

You acknowledge that:

  • Delivery via email, cloud storage, or digital platforms constitutes successful fulfillment
  • Any feedback, approval, or usage of delivered work implies acceptance

7. Non-Cancellable Services

  • Non-cancellable once initiated
  • Non-refundable once any deliverable has been shared

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing our services, you agree that:

  • You will contact the Company first to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute
  • Filing a chargeback without prior communication constitutes a violation of this agreement

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Submit all supporting evidence (agreements, communications, deliverables)
  • Contest disputes fully
  • Suspend or terminate services
  • Pursue legal recovery where applicable

9. Fraud & Abuse Clause

Any attempt to:

  • Falsely claim non-delivery
  • Dispute valid charges after receiving services
  • Misrepresent facts

Will be treated as fraudulent activity, and appropriate action will be taken.

10. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By making a payment, you confirm that you:

  • Have read, understood, and agreed to this policy
  • Acknowledge that services are non-refundable after commencement
  • Agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks for delivered services
